USS Gunston Hall (LSD 44). SEKONDI, Ghana (March 10, 2010)

Sailors and Marines aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Gunston Hall (LSD 44) man the rails as the ship arrives in Sekondi, Ghana, for the first African port visit of Africa Partnership Station West 2010. 

Gunston Hall is on a scheduled deployment in West Africa supporting Africa Partnership Station West, an international initiative developed by U.S> Naval Forces Europe and U.S. Naval Forces Africa to improve maritime safety and security in West and Central Africa.
