Aviation Ordnanceman 2nd Class Richard Goodley signals a MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter to approach the littoral combat ship USS Freedom (LCS 1) during a vertical replenishment with the U.S. Coast Guard medium endurance cutter USCGC Campbell (WMEC 909). 

Freedom is conducting counter-illicit trafficking operations and theater security cooperation in the U.S. 4th Fleet area of responsibility.
